My first time in a horse race. My bet on "Lionel Star" didn't get me any money but an enjoyable time! He almost won!

Mi primera vez en el hipódromo. En la imagen, Lionel Star, mi caballo favorito. Iba primero hasta la última recta, cuando empezó a perder fuerza... Conclusión, no gané, pero me emocioné a tope con la carrera. Recomendable.

Photoespaña - revealing Madrid

Friday afternoon, Photoespaña marathon started from Plaza Castilla at 6:30 p.m. The aim was to capture a particular vision of Madrid, revealing Madrid, and give back our result at 10:30 p.m at Plaza del Ángel in downtown. A big screen in the middle of the Plaza for seeing more than one thousand of photographs and then the winner. I didn't win, but I had a great time and now a lot of pics I will show you bit a bit.
This pic I'm posting today was the one I choose for the contest.

Un momento curioso en la T-4 del aeropuerto de Madrid: un ambiente vacío, un pájaro, 2 niños jugando al balón, y un fondo con grúas en construcción.

over the water..

Last week I took a great walk with some friends from downtown Madrid to our neighborhood which is in the outsk¡rts. I really enjoy it because I discovered some new places I didn't know yet, like this garden in Nuevos Ministerios, very close to business area Azca. I took some photos, but I like this one more because of the childrens riding their bikes over the water... it looks kind of strange, don't you think?

La semana pasada me di un gran paseo con unos amigos, atravesando medio Madrid desde el centro hasta nuestro barrio, que está en las afueras. Me encanta caminar por la ciudad sin prisa porque siempre descubres nuevos lugares interesantes, como este parquecito, en Nuevos Ministerios, pegado al área de negocios Azca. Hice varias fotos del lugar, pero sin duda esta es la que más me gusta porque los niños empezaron a pasar con las bicicletas por el charco y parecía que flotaran sobre el agua... queda chulo, ¿verdad?
